Supplies
GCZ Pendulum Kit includes:
- Stainless Steel A2 eye bolts (x2)
- Stainless Steel A4 cable clamps (x2)
- Boat rope (~3m)
- PG9 connectors (x2)
- Concrete anchors (x2)
- Stainless Steel A4 carabiners (x2)
Tools
- Rotary hammer drill with a concrete bit
- Hammer
- Wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
- Graduated telescopic measuring rod
INSTALLATION PROTOCOLE :
1. Drill the walls of the inspection chamber using the rotary hammer drill.
2. Insert the anchors with a hammer.
3. Screw the eye bolts into the anchors.
4. Attach the carabiners to the eye bolts.
5. Adjust the rope length using the cable clamps (use a 10mm wrench).
6. Position the Hummbox to target the pipe invert (if required) and secure its position by tightening the PG9 connectors.
7. Enter the distance between the sensor and the bottom of the inspection chamber into the application.
8. Test the readings by taking manual measurements (single click) or using Burst/Test Mode (refer to annexes). Check the readings in the application.
INSTALLATION REPORT :
In the application, an installation report must be created before leaving the site. This report should include:
- A comment [optional].
- Photos of the installation showing:
- The open inspection chamber from the outside.
- The sensor installation displaying the fixation system and the sensor target.
- An "Installation Done" tag.
