Impossible to register a device

When trying to add a device using , error message "This ID is not accpepted by the server" is displayed.

Verify in admin App the device ID is well provisionned into the cluster. If the device is provisionned into another cluster, move it. If the device is not provisionned at all, contact the support (submit a request).
